Just 90 minutes from Athens International Airport, a slice of authentic Greece awaits you at Gikas Apartments, in the fishing village and holiday resort of Marmari. Steni Beach is just 492 feet away, while Kavos Beach is 1312 feet away. Located in the south of Evia, Greece’s second largest island, Marmari maintains a peaceful atmosphere. Its beautiful coastline, sandy beaches and unspoiled nature make it a great holiday destination, which few people outside Greece know about. During your stay at Gikas Apartments, you can spend your day on the beach, scuba dove or wind surf. Alternatively, you can walk through a mountain gorge or explore the surrounding villages. In the evening, sample traditional cuisine in one of the tavernas and join the locals for a stroll along the harbor. Gikas Apartments offers comfortable studios with modern amenities, including air conditioning and satellite TV. Prepare your own meals in your kitchenette and enjoy them on your large balcony, in true Greek style. In the summer, you can throw a barbecue in the yard, while you can spend the winter evenings around the fireplace. Golden Beach and Kokkini Beach are 0.6 mi away, while Figias Beach lies within 0.9 mi of the property. Marmari is directly connected by ferry to Rafina, which lies 7.5 miles from El.
